APPOINTMENTS:

To insure the highest level of personal service, consultations are available by appointment. The only sure way to see your attorney is to call and make an appointment before you come to the office since an appointment is the only way to make sure that your attorney will be in the office and available to see you at a given time.

ATTORNEY FEES:

We enter into a written fee agreement with all clients. A copy of the form of  agreement is attached. As indicated, there are a variety of fee structures, all of which depend on the type of case and the facts of each such case. A retainer is usually required in each case, and we bill on a monthly basis.  Depending on the facts of the case, we may be willing to enter into payment programs to compensate for the representation. 

ATTORNEY REPRESENTATION:

It is our objective to provide you, the client with a range of alternatives in order to meet your objectives.  As such, we attempt not only to identify your options, but address the advantages and disadvantages of these potential choices.  Ultimately, the client is the decision maker, and we will implement those decisions so long as there is no legal or ethical impediment.  This includes obtaining your approval prior to incurring major expenses such as deposition costs, expert witness fees, etc.  We will provide you with copies of all correspondence and pleadings we receive and send for your review.
